How systemic is your reasoning?
Not as a score, but as a pattern.
This assessment invites reflection on how you interpret complex organizational situations, form judgment, and relate action to consequence. It is not a test of intelligence, competence, personality, consciousness, or suitability for employment.
Your result is a qualitative interpretation of choices across hypothetical scenarios. The instrument is independently developed and continues to evolve through ongoing evaluation and refinement.
Before you begin
It takes approximately 15 minutes. You will answer 18 scenarios, one at a time. You may leave at any point. To take part, you must be 18 or older and agree to the assessment notice.

This is an independently developed assessment initiative. Participation is voluntary. If you choose to continue, your completed responses and required assessment-context information will be retained to generate your qualitative result and to support the continued development and evaluation of this assessment and the conceptual architecture associated with systemic reasoning, complexity, and Conscious Leadership.
The assessment form does not ask for your name, email address, employer, exact age, or exact location. Assessment records are stored without these direct identifiers. They may nevertheless contain combinations of responses and contextual information that create privacy or re-identification risks. The safeguards, permitted uses, and retention period that apply to these records are described in the Assessment Data Use notice.
Aggregated data may be used to examine response patterns, item performance, reliability, validity, repeat exposure, and broad-group differences. This assessment is independently developed and continues to evolve. It does not provide a diagnosis, certification, employment decision, or comparison with a representative population.
After completing the assessment, you will be able to download a copy of your qualitative result. Your submitted responses will be retained separately for the purposes described above. Information already incorporated into aggregated analysis cannot be separated from that analysis.
