How assessment data is used

The Systemic Reasoning Architecture Assessment is an independent assessment initiative led by Rodolfo de Oliveira. Its purpose is to contribute to the development of systemic thinking and the cognitive precepts underlying Conscious Leadership. Participation is voluntary and unpaid. You may leave at any point before submitting a completed assessment.

Permission to retain a completed, de-identified assessment record is a condition of participation. The record includes the selected response to each scenario, response timing and change information, the instrument and interpretation versions used, and six required research-context fields: first-time status, age band, education, current country or territory of residence, current role, and gender. It does not request a name, email address, employer, exact age, exact location, full IP address, browser fingerprint, or raw user-agent string.

Completed records may be analyzed to develop aggregate statistics, understand response patterns, and improve the assessment. The assessment does not use records for advertising, employment selection, or public ranking. The qualitative result does not compare a participant with a population and must not be treated as a diagnosis, certification, or statement of competence, personality, maturity, or future behavior.

Assessment records are retained for up to five years from submission and are then securely deleted. A participant may request deletion before that time using the private recovery credential issued with their administration. Because the assessment does not collect identity details, a record cannot be located or deleted without that credential. Data already incorporated into de-identified aggregate analysis may not be removable.
